I had enough beautiful ripe tomatoes from the garden today to make a small batch of salsa. We also have an abundance of hot peppers. We are still waiting on the habenero peppers.
This batch of salsa included:
Early Girl tomatos
Roma tomatos
Hot Banana Peppers
Jalepeno Peppers
Serrano Peppers
Fajita Bell Peppers
White onions
We are enjoying the salsa with these delicious Sanissimo oven baked tostadas from Costco and Wholly Guacomole. Perfect Sunday afternoon noshing.
